What are the check-in and check-out times?
Check-in from 2.00 pm onwards / Check-out: from 7.00 am to 10.30 am. Before check-in and after check-out, you can leave your bags in the free storage room. Please also contact us if you already know that you will arrive or depart in different time slots than those indicated above
Do you accept credit card payments?
We accept major credit cards, such as AMEX, VISA, DINERS, MASTERCARD and CARTASI'.
Can I leave at night? Is there anyone at the reception?
If you would like to leave early, please let us know the day before departure, so that we can arrange everything and please settle the account by 11:00 p.m. The night porter, who will be present at check-out, does not have cashier functions.
Do you accept pets?
We are sorry, but pets are not accepted.
If we arrive early in the morning, what would be the check-in time? If so, would it be possible to do it as early as possible?
Check-in is at 2:00 p.m., however in low season or if the room is already ready, it is possible to check-in earlier, depending on availability. It is advisable to call and ask if it is possible to check in earlier, otherwise we invite you to respect the usual check-in time
When booking a room, is a beach umbrella and 2 sun loungers included in the price, even on the day of departure?
The beach service is included only for the days of overnight stay, however it is possible to request 1 umbrella and 2 sunbeds for the day of departure at a price that varies according to the season.
Are you equipped for celiac customers?
The kitchen is available to prepare meals dedicated to those with intolerances or following a particular diet.
If you book half board, is it possible to alternate lunches and dinners and not just have dinners?
The Half Board treatment includes dinner which is served in the internal restaurant of the Hotel, with large windows overlooking the garden and the beach. At lunch it is possible to have a Light Lunch on the external Terrace, with an à la carte menu that includes cold dishes, appetizers, salads or sandwiches; the cost of the Light Lunch is to be considered extra and it is not possible to integrate it with the Board.
I have an electric car, where can I charge it?
In the parking lot in front of the Hotel there are two columns for refueling cars and electric vehicles.

• Breakfast: each treatment includes breakfast, served on the veranda, a bright and refined environment that allows you to savour, in complete relaxation and with a view of the sea, a menu full of sweet and savoury delicacies, with espresso coffee served directly at the table.Optando per il trattamento di Pernottamento e Prima Colazione, si ha comunque la possibilità di usufruire del nostro ristorante interno, aperto sia a pranzo che a cena. Il costo è fisso ed è a scelta tra due primo e due secondi terra/mare. • Mezza Pensione: Il trattamento di Mezza Pensione include la cena che viene servita nel ristorante interno dell’Hotel, con ampie vetrate che si affacciano sul giardino e sulla spiaggia. A pranzo è possibile consumare un Light Lunch nella Terrazza esterna, con un menù alla carte che include piatti freddi, antipasti, insalate o panini; il costo del Light Lunch è da considerare extra e non è possibile integrarlo con la Pensione. • Pensione Completa: non adottiamo la formula di pensione completa. • La proposta gastronomica del nostro Chef riesce a soddisfare ogni esigenza e propone ogni giorni piatti diversi. La cucina è disponibile nella preparazione di pasti dedicati (per intolleranze, senza glutine, ecc..) e si invita a darcene comunicazione già in fase di prenotazione.
What services are included in the rate?
Beach service: reachable on foot through the garden, the hotel is located directly on the sea (equipped beach from April to October - except in adverse weather conditions). For each room, a beach umbrella and two sun loungers will be provided on our private beach. The assignment is included in the price starting from the 2nd row (1st row to be requested at the time of booking, with a supplement, until all places are available). Beach towels not included. The beach service ends with check-out (10.30 am on the day of departure), after this time it is possible to use the beach with a supplement that varies according to the season. Cleaning and linen: Cleaning and tidying with daily change of bathroom linen and bi-weekly change of bed linen. Wi-Fi connection: Available in all internal and external areas. Air conditioning: In all types Parking: we have a garage and an area behind the hotel equipped with columns for charging the car. Both are included in the price and under video surveillance.
What services are NOT included in the rate?
Tourist tax: The cost varies from 1 to 5 Euros per night and per person based on the season, age, length of stay and category of the property. Free for children up to 13 years old and over 70. Drinks, bar and all services not included in the "services included" item. Bicycles: rental subject to availability Pets are not allowed. Visiting friends: Upon authorization and registration, it is possible to welcome friends or relatives for a day visit (overnight stay excluded) at an extra cost. Children up to 3 years old are free when sleeping in their parents' bed, if they wish to use the single bed or need the cot = €20.00 per day and meals on consumption. Arrival: starting from 2:00 pm. We do not guarantee room availability before this time. Upon check-in, a valid identification document must be presented for both adults and children (identity card or passport). Departure: by 10:30 am and means the end of services; if you wish to use the beach after the indicated time, an extra cost will be considered based on availability and seasonality; luggage can be left at the reception free of charge.
Cancellation Policies
From January 1st to June 15th and from September 16th to December 31st, cancellations/modifications are accepted up to 3 days before the expected arrival date; penalty 1 night.
From June 16th to July 31st and from September 1st to 15th, cancellations/modifications are accepted up to 5 days before the expected arrival date; penalty 30%.
From August 1st to August 31st, cancellations/modifications are accepted up to 14 days before the expected arrival date; penalty 30%.
