Hotel Schuhmann srl is committed to protecting the privacy of users and declares itself responsible for the security of customer data. We will be clear and transparent about
the information we collect and what we will do with that information.
This notice sets out the following:
What personal data about you is collected and processed in connection with your relationship with us as a customer and through your use of our website, mobile applications and online services;
•Where we obtain the data;
•What we do with that data;
•How we store the data;
•To whom we transfer/disclose that data;
•How we deal with your data protection rights;
•And how we comply with data protection regulations.
All personal data is collected and processed in compliance with EU and national data protection laws.

What personal data we collect
Personal data means all information relating to the user that allows us to identify him, such as name, contact details, reference number, payment details and information on his access to our website. Specifically, we may collect the following categories of information:
a. Name, residential address, email address, PEC, telephone number, passport number or identity card details, credit/debit card or other payment details;
b. Information on the use of our website and/or app;
c. Communications you exchange with or address to us via letters, emails, chat services, phone calls and social media.
d. Location, including the real-time geographic location of your computer or device via GPS, Bluetooth, and IP address, along with crowd-sourced Wi-Fi hotspot and cell tower locations, if you use location-based features and enable location services on your device and computer.
What we use your personal data for, why and for how long
We may use your data for the following purposes:
a. Providing the products and services you request: We use the information you provide to carry out the services you request;
b. Contacting you if we change or cancel a service: We send you communications about the services you have requested and any changes to those services. These communications are not for marketing purposes and cannot be turned off;
c. Administrative or legal purposes: We use your data for statistical and marketing analysis, system testing, customer surveys, maintenance and development, or to respond to a dispute or complaint. We may profile your data based on the information we collect from you for use in statistical and marketing analysis. Any profiling will only be done with your consent and we will make every effort to ensure that all data on which it is based is accurate. By providing any personal data you explicitly agree that we may use it to carry out profiling activities in accordance with this Privacy Policy.
d. Customer service communications: We use your data to manage our relationship with you as our customer and to improve our services and enhance your experience with us;
e. Providing tailored services: We use your data to provide information that we think will be of interest to you, and to personalise the services we offer to you, such as special offers;
f. Marketing: We will contact you from time to time with information about ancillary products via electronic communications. However, you will have the opportunity to opt-in or opt-out of receiving such communications by indicating your preference. The opportunity to indicate that you no longer wish to receive direct marketing from us is also given in every electronic communication we send.

Hotel Schuhmann srl does not currently have operations outside the European Economic Area.

c. Trusted service providers we use to run our business, cloud service providers and email marketing services who assist our marketing team in running surveys and targeted marketing campaigns;

Cookies and site tracking
This site uses cookies to help us improve our service and provide you with useful features. This may include cookies from media and advertising partners that are stored on your computer or device when you visit our website or app. Please visit our partners’ websites for information on their cookie and privacy policies.
Cookies are small text files that are transferred to your computer’s hard drive through your web browser to enable us to recognise your browser and help us track visitors to our site, allowing us to better understand which products and services will be most suitable for you. We use specific software to monitor traffic and usage of the site, in order to improve the development of the design and layout of the websites. This software does not allow us to collect personal data other than the indicated subjects.

Data Protection Rights
In certain circumstances, you have the right by law to:
